These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, Client Area, VPS hosting, automated provisioning, billing, support, and related services provided under the vps4n8n brand (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, or using a Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
1. Description of the Service
vps4n8n provides pre-configured VPS environments designed for browser-based use of n8n. The standard product is described as “VPS with n8n — Ready to Use” and is delivered with a private n8n instance, HTTPS access, a PostgreSQL database, and a managed Docker-based environment configured for automation workflows.
The customer receives the private web URL and access credentials required to use the n8n interface. Unless expressly stated otherwise in an order or written agreement, the Service does not include root access, SSH access, direct operating-system administration, host-level Docker access, or unrestricted modification of the underlying server configuration.
The managed configuration is intended to reduce accidental breakage, configuration drift, and interference with the components required to operate n8n. vps4n8n may restrict, replace, or repair host-level components when reasonably necessary to preserve security, stability, compatibility, licensing compliance, or service operation.
2. Plans, Resources, and Scalability
vps4n8n offers Starter, Automation Pro, and Heavy Scale plans. Starter and Automation Pro provide simplified entry points for customers who prefer a predefined resource configuration. Heavy Scale is intended for advanced or resource-intensive workloads and may offer configurable resources, including configurations of up to 128 GB of RAM, subject to availability, technical feasibility, applicable pricing, and the configuration options displayed in the Client Area.
Customers may request or purchase upgrades, downgrades, or available add-ons through the Client Area. Resource changes are subject to available capacity, compatibility, payment, and any billing restrictions described in these Terms.
Plan names, resource limits, features, configuration options, and prices are those displayed in the order form or confirmed in the applicable invoice at the time of purchase. Advertising, order-page information, and expressly agreed promotional conditions form part of the applicable commercial offer to the extent required by law.
3. Customer Responsibilities and Service Scope
The customer is responsible for:
- Building, testing, monitoring, and maintaining workflows created inside n8n.
- Managing n8n users, credentials, API keys, webhooks, integrations, execution settings, and connected third-party services.
- Ensuring that workflows, data collection, communications, scraping, API usage, and automated actions comply with applicable law and third-party terms.
- Using appropriate authentication, least-privilege permissions, and secure credentials.
- Reviewing execution logs, resource use, failed workflows, rate limits, and third-party service availability.
- Exporting or retaining independent copies of important workflows, credentials, configurations, and business data.
Infrastructure support covers the availability and operation of the supplied hosting environment, access to the delivered n8n instance, and components managed by vps4n8n. Unless expressly included in a separate service, support does not include designing workflows, repairing customer logic, configuring third-party APIs, debugging external services, recovering third-party credentials, or guaranteeing the behavior of integrations outside our control.
4. Account Registration and Security
Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete account and billing information and keep it updated. Accounts may not be created using false identities, misleading information, unauthorized payment details, or information belonging to another person without authority.
The customer is responsible for protecting Client Area credentials, n8n credentials, email accounts, API keys, access URLs, and any authorized users. Activity performed through the customer’s credentials or authorized account is treated as customer activity unless the customer promptly reports suspected unauthorized access.
vps4n8n may require reasonable identity, payment, security, or fraud verification before provisioning, reactivating, modifying, or refunding a Service.
5. Billing Cycles and Prepaid Service
Services are prepaid and are offered with monthly and annual billing options where displayed in the Client Area:
- Monthly billing: a prepaid service period of 30 days.
- Annual billing: a prepaid service period of 12 months.
The applicable billing cycle, price, renewal date, currency, taxes, fees, and selected configuration are displayed during ordering and recorded in the invoice. Payment methods may include supported card and cryptocurrency gateways available through the Client Area.
Unless a valid cancellation has been scheduled, the billing system may generate the renewal invoice and send it by email and Client Area notification approximately five days before the end of the current paid cycle. The reminder is a courtesy. Failure to receive or read a reminder does not extend the due date or prevent suspension.
6. Renewal Invoice Configuration Lock
Once a renewal invoice has been generated for an active Service, add-ons, upgrades, and downgrades for that Service may be temporarily disabled until the outstanding renewal invoice is paid or otherwise resolved.
This temporary lock protects billing consistency by preventing the invoiced configuration from changing after the renewal amount has been calculated. After the invoice is paid and the Service is active, the customer may request or purchase any then-available upgrade, downgrade, or add-on through the Client Area.
A resource change may require a restart, temporary interruption, revised billing amount, prorated adjustment, replacement configuration, or technical review. The available procedure and price shown in the Client Area at the time of the request will apply.
7. Due Date, Suspension, Reactivation, and Permanent Deletion
There is no post-due grace period. The following lifecycle applies to unpaid renewal invoices:
- Approximately five days before expiration: the renewal invoice is generated and an email and Client Area notification are sent.
- On the due date: if the invoice remains unpaid, the Service may be suspended automatically when the billing system processes the expiration. The Docker-based service is stopped, and access to n8n, workflows, webhooks, executions, and the associated database becomes unavailable.
- During the following 48 hours: the suspended Service remains eligible for reactivation if the renewal invoice is paid before deletion.
- After approximately 48 hours of suspension: if payment has not been received, the VPS and associated data may be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Payment of the outstanding renewal invoice before permanent deletion automatically initiates reactivation of the suspended Docker environment. Reactivation is normally automated but may require additional processing, security review, or technical intervention.
After permanent deletion, the former VPS, workflows, credentials, execution data, Docker volumes, databases, hostnames, and related service data cannot be recovered or reactivated. A customer wishing to resume service after deletion must order a new VPS, which will be provisioned as a new environment.
The customer is solely responsible for paying before the due date and maintaining independent exports or copies of important information. Suspension or deletion caused by non-payment does not create liability for interrupted workflows, missed webhooks, failed automations, lost credentials, lost data, or third-party consequences, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation through the Client Area using either of the available methods:
- Immediate cancellation: the request is processed by the next applicable automated daily cancellation cycle. The Service may remain accessible until that process runs, after which it may be terminated and deleted.
- Cancellation at the end of the billing period: the Service remains active until the end of the current paid cycle and is then terminated instead of renewed.
An immediate cancellation may cause irreversible deletion of the VPS and its data. The customer must export required data before requesting immediate cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund or credit for unused time, except under the refund provisions below or where required by applicable law.
9. Seven-Day Satisfaction Refund
vps4n8n provides a seven-calendar-day satisfaction refund period for the initial purchase of a newly provisioned Service. A customer may request a refund within seven calendar days after initial provisioning when the Service does not reasonably satisfy the customer’s intended hosting needs.
The seven-day satisfaction refund applies to the initial purchase of the relevant newly provisioned VPS and does not automatically apply to renewals, subsequent billing cycles, upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, replacement services, or new orders placed after a prior VPS has been deleted.
A refund may be denied or adjusted where the account or Service has been used for prohibited activity, fraud, abuse, attacks, excessive resource consumption inconsistent with the purchased plan, chargeback activity, violation of these Terms, or conduct that creates infrastructure, licensing, security, or third-party costs. Non-recoverable payment-network, blockchain, currency-conversion, or third-party transaction charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
Refund requests must be submitted through the Client Area or to admin@vps4n8n.com. Approved refunds are returned using a method reasonably available to vps4n8n and may require identity or transaction verification.
This contractual seven-day policy does not waive, shorten, or replace any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, warranty, or consumer right that applies to a particular customer or transaction. Where applicable law provides a longer or non-waivable period, that law prevails.
10. Monthly Backup
vps4n8n creates one service backup per month for each active VPS. The current available backup is made available to the customer while the related Service and backup remain present in our systems.
The monthly backup is a supplementary recovery measure and is not a substitute for customer-managed exports or independent backups. A backup may reflect only the state captured at the scheduled backup time and may not include changes made afterward.
vps4n8n does not guarantee that every individual workflow execution, temporary file, external service, third-party credential, or data item can be restored from a backup. Backup restoration may require technical processing and may replace the current state of the affected environment.
When a Service is permanently deleted following cancellation, non-payment, abuse, legal requirements, or another termination event, associated backups may also be deleted and are not guaranteed to remain recoverable. The customer must export important information before cancellation, expiration, or permanent deletion.
11. Acceptable Use
Customers may use the features available inside n8n for lawful automation, integration, processing, communication, and data-management purposes. The Services must not be used to:
- Violate applicable law, regulation, court order, sanctions requirement, or third-party rights.
- Launch, facilitate, coordinate, or support denial-of-service attacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks, intrusion attempts, credential attacks, exploit delivery, malware, ransomware, botnets, or unauthorized access.
- Conduct unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability scanning, network probing, password testing, or security testing.
- Send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, abusive bulk communications, or communications that violate consent or anti-spam requirements.
- Operate open proxies, public VPN services, Tor exit nodes, anonymization relays, or traffic-forwarding services without prior written authorization.
- Mine cryptocurrency or conduct similarly intensive proof-of-work activity.
- Perform abusive scraping, evade technical limits, circumvent API quotas, or access systems contrary to the relevant provider’s authorization or terms.
- Host, distribute, or process unlawful content, stolen data, infringing material, or personal data collected or used unlawfully.
- Impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent authorization, or deceive recipients or service providers.
- Resell, sublicense, share, or commercially provide access to the supplied VPS or n8n environment without prior written authorization.
- Use resources in a way that degrades infrastructure, destabilizes other services, creates excessive load, or interferes with other customers or providers.
Outbound connections and network activity may be monitored through automated abuse-prevention systems and may be rate-limited, blocked, filtered, null-routed, or suspended when associated with attacks, abuse, compromise, prohibited activity, provider complaints, or material risk to the network.
vps4n8n may act immediately and without prior notice where reasonably necessary to stop an attack, contain a compromise, comply with law, protect third parties, respond to a provider request, or preserve infrastructure integrity.
12. Resource Use and Fair Operation
Plan resources define the maximum environment available to the customer; they do not guarantee that every workflow, integration, code node, data transformation, AI workload, or third-party API will perform at a particular speed or concurrency.
Customers must select a plan appropriate for their workflow volume, execution concurrency, payload size, file processing, database activity, code usage, AI processing, and external API behavior. Idle capacity may be needed to absorb temporary execution spikes and does not represent an entitlement to workloads beyond the purchased limits.
vps4n8n may recommend or require an upgrade, limit a workload, stop an abusive execution, or suspend a Service where resource use repeatedly exceeds the purchased configuration, threatens stability, or materially affects other infrastructure.
13. Third-Party Services and Integrations
n8n workflows may connect to APIs, SaaS platforms, messaging systems, databases, artificial-intelligence services, payment services, and other third-party products. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices, credentials, pricing, quotas, rate limits, availability, and technical changes.
vps4n8n does not guarantee the continued availability, compatibility, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party integration. A third party may change or discontinue an API, revoke credentials, impose limits, reject requests, suspend an account, or alter its terms without control by vps4n8n.
14. n8n Software, Trademark, and Licensing
n8n is third-party software and the name and marks associated with n8n belong to their respective owner. vps4n8n is an independent hosting service and is not n8n, n8n Cloud, or an official n8n service unless an express written statement says otherwise.
The descriptive use of “n8n” in a service name explains the software environment supplied with the VPS and does not transfer ownership of the n8n software, trademarks, logos, documentation, or related intellectual property to the customer.
Use and availability of n8n are subject to the licenses, commercial permissions, notices, and terms applicable to the relevant software version and deployment model. vps4n8n may modify, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a software component or offering when reasonably necessary to comply with third-party licensing, trademark, security, technical, or legal requirements.
Customers must not remove or obscure third-party copyright, licensing, trademark, or attribution notices included in the supplied software.
15. Customer Content and Intellectual Property
The customer retains ownership of workflows, content, code, data, and other material created or supplied by the customer, subject to rights belonging to third parties.
The customer grants vps4n8n a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, process, back up, restore, and technically handle Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, maintain, or enforce the Services, respond to the customer, or comply with law.
The customer represents that it has the rights and lawful basis needed to process Customer Content and connect third-party accounts, credentials, and data sources. The customer must provide any notices and obtain any permissions or consents required for personal data processed through its workflows.
16. Security Incidents and Compromised Services
If vps4n8n reasonably believes that an account, credential, workflow, integration, or VPS has been compromised or is creating a security risk, we may reset credentials, restrict traffic, disable integrations, stop containers, isolate the Service, suspend access, preserve logs, or require corrective action.
The customer must promptly notify vps4n8n of suspected compromise and cooperate with reasonable security instructions. Failure to secure credentials or stop an ongoing compromise may result in continued suspension or termination.
17. Maintenance and Service Changes
vps4n8n may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, security patching, platform changes, migrations, restarts, replacements, or infrastructure work. Advance notice will be provided where reasonably practicable, but emergency, security, provider, or legal interventions may occur without advance notice.
A restart or temporary interruption may be necessary for resource changes, host maintenance, networking changes, security response, software compatibility, or infrastructure migration.
vps4n8n may improve, replace, remove, or modify technical components while seeking to preserve the material purpose of the purchased Service. No specific maintenance frequency, uninterrupted availability, or service-level agreement applies unless expressly stated in a separate written SLA.
18. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
We aim to provide a stable and reliable Service, but internet services, third-party software, networks, data centers, APIs, payment systems, and automated workflows may experience interruption, delay, incompatibility, error, maintenance, attack, or failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. vps4n8n does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free workflows, specific latency, specific business results, successful third-party API calls, guaranteed delivery of every webhook, or suitability for every customer use case.
No statement in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vps4n8n is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, missed messages, failed workflows, failed trades, business interruption, reputational damage, or third-party claims arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of vps4n8n arising from a particular Service or event will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected Service during the billing cycle in which the event occurred.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights or other non-waivable obligations.
20. Customer Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold vps4n8n harmless from third-party claims, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from the customer’s unlawful use, Customer Content, workflows, communications, infringement, security compromise caused by customer conduct, violation of third-party terms, or material breach of these Terms.
This clause does not require a consumer to waive a right or assume liability where such waiver or allocation is prohibited by applicable law.
21. Suspension or Termination for Cause
vps4n8n may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Service when reasonably necessary because of:
- Non-payment.
- A violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, false account information, or payment risk.
- Attacks, prohibited traffic, malware, spam, abuse, or security compromise.
- Excessive resource use that threatens infrastructure or other customers.
- A binding legal request, provider instruction, sanctions issue, or court order.
- A third-party licensing, trademark, software, or infrastructure requirement.
- A material risk that cannot reasonably be controlled while the Service remains active.
Where circumstances permit, vps4n8n may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create material risk. Termination for serious abuse may result in permanent deletion without the ordinary 48-hour non-payment reactivation period.
22. Prices and Future Changes
Prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods. A price change does not retroactively alter a cycle that has already been paid, except for agreed upgrades, add-ons, taxes, corrections, or circumstances expressly permitted by law.
Where a plan includes an expressly advertised locked or lifetime renewal rate, that condition applies only while the same eligible subscription remains continuously active, paid on time, and unchanged, and remains subject to any limitations disclosed in the applicable offer and mandatory law.
23. Electronic Communications and Notices
The customer agrees to receive invoices, provisioning details, security alerts, service notices, renewal reminders, support responses, policy updates, and other operational communications electronically through email or the Client Area.
The customer must maintain a working email address and review the Client Area. A failed, filtered, delayed, or unread email does not change an invoice due date, suspension date, deletion date, or other account status shown in the Client Area.
24. Privacy
Processing of account, billing, technical, support, analytics, and Customer Content data is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of cookies, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Consent Mode is described in the Cookie Policy.
25. Force Majeure
vps4n8n is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disorder, government action, sanctions, widespread internet or telecommunications failure, data-center failure, power failure, labor disruption, upstream provider failure, zero-day vulnerabilities, large-scale cyberattacks, or failures of third-party software or services.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, plans, billing systems, infrastructure, law, security practices, third-party requirements, or business operations. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
Changes apply prospectively. Where a change materially affects an active Service, notice may be provided through email, the Client Area, or the Websites. Continued use or renewal after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
27. General Provisions
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. The customer may not assign or transfer a Service or account without prior written approval. vps4n8n may assign these Terms as part of a restructuring, transfer, financing, or sale of the relevant business or assets, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, the applicable order, invoice, expressly incorporated policies, and any separately agreed written terms constitute the agreement governing the Service. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights prevail over conflicting contractual language.
